Design, Supply and Install Boundary Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Monitor System at Kwun Tong Preliminary Treatment Works

Job Details

  1. A Boundary Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Gas Monitor System (HSMS) was designed, supplied and installed at Kwun Tong Preliminary Treatment Works (KTPTW). The HSMS makes use of LoRaWan (Long Range Wide Area Network) data transmittion and Internet-of-thing (IoT) technologies to collect at real-time hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas measurements at the boundary conditions of KTPTW.
  2. Six numbers of measurement unit were installed with designed and supplied materials. Each measurement unit includes at least LoRaWan outdoor controller, H2S gas detector, power module, enclosure, and essential auxiliary equipment. The measurement units were installed at designated locations at the boundary of KTPTW.
  3. One number of LoRaWan outdoor gateway was installed at office building of KTPTW with designed and supplied materials.
