(C5401-21E) Replacement of Core Control Equipment for Buggage Handling System

Job Details

    Works at Kowloon (KOW) Station Container Handling Equipment (CHE):
  1. Replaced the Allen Bradley PLC-5 PLC System with new Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC System in BHE Departure Hall (CHEPLC7) / BHE Arrival Hall (CHEPLC8).
    1. Replaced a 4-slot PLC-5 PLC Rack with a new 7-slot ControlLogix PLC Rack for each of CHEPLC7 & CHEPLC8.
    2. Replaced 14 nos. Flex I/O ControlNet Adapters (1794-ACN15) with new Ethernet Adapters (1794-AENTR) in Conveyor & Train Operator Panels at BHE Departure Hall (CHEPLC7).
    3. Replaced 23 nos. Flex I/O ControlNet Adapters (1794-ACN15) with new Ethernet Adapters (1794-AENTR) in Conveyor & Train Operator Panels at BHE Arrival Hall (CHEPLC8).
  2. Installed the new RF Modem and Antenna in BHE Departure Hall (CHEPLC7) / BHE Arrival Hall (CHEPLC8).
  3. Firmware upgrade of CHEPLC6 for Stuffing Area, Departure Hoist Duty & Standby PLC for Departure Hall and Arrival Hoist Duty & Standby PLC for Arrival Hall.
    Works at Tsing Yi (TSY) Station Container Handling Equipment (CHE):
  1. Replaced the Allen Bradley PLC-5 PLC System with new Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC System in BHE Departure Hall (CHEPLC9)
    1. Replaced a 4-slot PLC-5 PLC Rack with a new 7-slot ControlLogix PLC Rack for CHEPLC9.
    2. Replaced 10 nos. Flex I/O ControlNet Adapters (1794-ACN15) with new Ethernet Adapters (1794-AENTR) in Coneyor & Train Operator Panels at BHE Departure Hall (CHEPLC9).
  2. Installed the new RF Modem and Antenna in BHE Departure Hall.
